At just 19 years of age, as Mark drove to university, where he was studying Communication, God began to stir his heart from a career in journalism, toward serving in Christian ministry.
After 15 years of faithful service at his local church, SURFCiTY Church in Surfers Paradise, Australia; Mark, together with his wife Simóne and children, Bella and Noah was blessed and commissioned from SURFCiTY to pastor a newly established church in the central region of the Gold Coast.
A DREAM THAT STARTED LONG AGO
From the humble beginnings of a lower socioeconomic region of Sydney’s western suburbs, where Mark was born, at 16 years of age his family moved to settle on Australia’s holiday capital, the Gold Coast, where Mark graduated high school and attended university.
After completing university God began to speak to Mark about ministering to people through television – a dream he has held on to for over 10 years, until the time was right – now.
While completing his daily journal, Mark was reading 2nd Corinthians 6:2:
At just the right time, I heard you.?
On the day of salvation, I helped you.”
Indeed, the “right time” is now.
Today is the day of salvation.
Little did he realise it at the time, but God was drawing out from within Mark his core message – a desire to see God’s people live the best life. From there The Best Life was born.
Using every means possible, Mark labours to see people from all walks of life discover God’s best for them.
